# §282g. Status, privileges, and immunities of the United States


The provisions of article V, section 5(d), and article VI, [sections 2 to 9](/usc/22/2..9.md), both inclusive, of the Articles of [Agreement](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=7) of the [Corporation](/usc/22/7702.md?p=6) shall have full force and effect in the [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) and its Territories and possessions upon acceptance of membership by the [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) in, and the establishment of, the [Corporation](/usc/22/7702.md?p=6).
