# §275a. Permanent International Commission of the Congresses of Navigation; authorization of appropriations


Not to exceed $45,000 annually of the [funds](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=9) appropriated for rivers and harbors shall be available for the support and maintenance of the Permanent International [Commission](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=2) of the Congresses of Navigation and for the payment in amounts approved by the Chief of Engineers of the expenses of the properly accredited delegates of the [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) to the meetings of the congresses and of the [Commission](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=2).
