# §2276. “Central American countries” defined


For the purposes of this part, the term “Central American countries” includes Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and regional [programs](/usc/22/3383.md?p=6) which benefit such countries.
