# §9574. Availability of data


Subject to [section 9573 of this title](/usc/20/9573.md), data collected by the [Institute](/usc/20/9101.md?p=6), including any office, [board](/usc/20/4702.md?p=2), committee, or center of the [Institute](/usc/20/9101.md?p=6), in carrying out the priorities and mission of the [Institute](/usc/20/9101.md?p=6), shall be made available to the public, including through use of the Internet.
