# §1655. Uniform rules of evidence of racial discrimination


The rules of evidence required to prove that [State](/usc/20/954.md?p=g-4-E) or local authorities are practicing racial discrimination in assigning students to public [schools](/usc/20/5802.md?p=a-11) shall be uniform throughout the United States.
