# §5533. House of Representatives Revolving Fund

- (a) **Establishment—** There is established in the House of Representatives a [fund](/usc/2/1102.md?p=3) to be known as the “House of Representatives Revolving [Fund](/usc/2/1102.md?p=3)”, consisting of the following amounts:
  - (1) Amounts appropriated to the [Fund](/usc/2/1102.md?p=3).
  - (2) Amounts donated to the [Fund](/usc/2/1102.md?p=3).
  - (3) Interest on the balance of the [Fund](/usc/2/1102.md?p=3).
- (b) **Expenditures—** Amounts in the [Fund](/usc/2/1102.md?p=3) shall be expended at the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives, upon notification provided by the Chief Administrative Officer to the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives, and shall remain available until expended.
- (c) **Applicability—** This section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2004 and each succeeding fiscal year.
