# §2115. Bilateral trade agreements


If the President determines that bilateral [trade agreements](/usc/19/2504.md?p=c-4-A) will more effectively promote the economic growth of, and full employment in, the United States, then, in such cases, a negotiating objective under sections [2111](/usc/19/2111.md) and [2112](/usc/19/2112.md) of this title shall be to enter into bilateral [trade agreements](/usc/19/2504.md?p=c-4-A). Each such [trade agreement](/usc/19/2504.md?p=c-4-A) shall provide for mutually advantageous economic benefits.
