# §7201. Definitions


In this chapter:

- (1) **Secretary—** The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
- (2) **System—** The term “[system](/usc/16/668ee.md?p=14)” means the National Landscape [Conservation](/usc/16/6456.md?p=2) [System](/usc/16/668ee.md?p=14) established by [section 7202(a) of this title](/usc/16/7202.md?p=a).
