# §6808. Reports


Not later than May 1, 2006, and every 3 years thereafter, the [Secretary](/usc/16/6801.md?p=11) shall submit to Congress a report detailing the status of the [recreation fee](/usc/16/6801.md?p=7) [program](/usc/16/460ss–6.md?p=1) conducted for [Federal recreational lands and waters](/usc/16/6801.md?p=4), including an evaluation of the [recreation fee](/usc/16/6801.md?p=7) [program](/usc/16/460ss–6.md?p=1), examples of [projects](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-4) that were funded using such fees, and future [projects](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-4) and [programs](/usc/16/460ss–6.md?p=1) for funding with fees, and containing any recommendations for changes in the overall fee [system](/usc/16/668ee.md?p=14).
