# §6451. Establishment


There is established a [task force](/usc/16/4702.md?p=15) to lead, coordinate, and strengthen Federal Government actions to better [preserve](/usc/16/410hhh–1.md?p=7), conserve, and restore [coral reef ecosystems](/usc/16/6456.md?p=2), to be known as the “United States [Coral Reef](/usc/16/6456.md?p=2) [Task Force](/usc/16/4702.md?p=15)” (in this subchapter referred to as the “[Task Force](/usc/16/4702.md?p=15)”).
