# §402a. Utah National Park; change of name to Bryce Canyon National Park


The [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) within the [State](/usc/16/6456.md?p=2) of Utah described in [section 401 of this title](/usc/16/401.md), providing for the establishment of the Utah [National Park](/usc/16/410hhh–1.md?p=5), shall be, when established as a [national park](/usc/16/410hhh–1.md?p=5), known as the Bryce Canyon [National Park](/usc/16/410hhh–1.md?p=5).
