# §3336. Special provision


On the date the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) approves the [program](/usc/16/460ss–6.md?p=1) under [section 3333 of this title](/usc/16/3333.md), the [State](/usc/16/6456.md?p=2) shall be treated as having expended such portion of $32,000,000 as the [State](/usc/16/6456.md?p=2) deems appropriate for purposes of implementing the [program](/usc/16/460ss–6.md?p=1).
