# §291. Establishment; acceptance of land


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized to accept the donation by the [State](/usc/16/6456.md?p=2) of Indiana of approximately seventeen acres of land comprising the George Rogers Clark [Memorial](/usc/16/450ss–1.md?p=2) in Vincennes, Indiana, for establishment and administration as the George Rogers Clark National [Historical Park](/usc/16/410eee–1.md?p=1).
