# §159. Unauthorized use of legend; penalty


No individual, partnership, or [association](/usc/15/657h.md?p=a-2), or [corporation](/usc/15/142.md?p=c) not incorporated under this chapter or under a law of the United States, shall engage in business within [China](/usc/15/142.md?p=b) under a name in connection with which the legend “Federal Inc. U.S.A.” is used. Any [person](/usc/15/142.md?p=a) violating this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $1,000 for each [violation](/usc/15/57b–1.md?p=a-7).
