# §2157. Bonds as investments


The bonds, debentures, and other similar obligations issued under the authority of this chapter shall be lawful investments for all fiduciary and trust [funds](/usc/12/4702.md?p=10) and may be accepted as security for all public [deposits](/usc/12/5301.md?p=18-A).
