# §71.30. Procedure for filing objections to regulations.

- (a) Objections and hearings relating to color additive regulations under section [721 (b)](/cfr/21/721.md?p=b) and [(c)](/cfr/21/721.md?p=c) of the act shall be governed by parts [10](/cfr/21/part10.md), [12](/cfr/21/part12.md), 13, 14, 15, 16, and 19 of this chapter.
- (b) The fees specified in [§ 70.19](/cfr/21/70.19.md) of this chapter shall be applicable.
