# §133.145. Granular cheese for manufacturing.


Granular cheese for manufacturing conforms to the definition and standard of identity prescribed for granular cheese by [§ 133.144](/cfr/21/133.144.md), except that the dairy ingredients are not pasteurized and curing is not required.
