# §121.301. Records subject to the requirements of this subpart.

- (a) Except as provided by [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section, all records required by [subpart C](/cfr/21/subpartC.md) of this part are subject to all requirements of this subpart.
- (b) The requirements of [§ 121.310](/cfr/21/121.310.md) apply only to the written food defense plan.
